My goal is to uproot and eliminate inequity and racial bias in schools. School leaders are the key to creating conditions where all students & educators thrive. This is why I help school leaders develop mental models for equity-centered leadership that transforms their schools. I also help schools develop capacity school wide by facilitating trainings that build strong Instructional Leadership Teams.

Through leadership coaching, professional development, school audits, and data analysis, I empower school leaders to navigate complex racial equity work that underpins their leadership and makes a long-lasting impact on students.
